Nature of the experience

Sigmund Freud: Psychoanalysis Reimagined offers an AI-generated historical and educational interpretation informed by Sigmund Freud's published work. It is not Sigmund Freud, an authentic recording, psychotherapy, diagnosis, crisis care, or medical advice.

Eligibility and safety

You must be at least 18 years old. Do not rely on the app for urgent, medical, psychological, legal, or financial decisions. If you may be in immediate danger or at risk of self-harm, contact local emergency or crisis services.

AI limitations

Responses may be inaccurate, incomplete, anachronistic, or unsuitable. Historical theories are not presented as current clinical consensus. You remain responsible for how you use the output.

Voice and likeness

The voice is an original Inworld-designed Austrian-English character voice. It is not a clone or surviving recording of Sigmund Freud and is not presented as authentic.

Paid access

The public voice experience requires a positive paid token balance. The app offers a 50-token consumable through Apple In-App Purchase. Apple shows and confirms the local price before payment. The pack is not a subscription, does not renew automatically, and does not include a free trial. No free public sessions, trial minutes, or complimentary tokens are offered.

One token opens one connected minute or part of a minute in the room of psychoanalysis. The first token is charged when the paid room opens. Another token is charged for each additional connected minute. Listening, speaking, and silence are all part of connected time. Ending the session stops future minute charges. Purchased tokens do not expire while the account remains open, have no cash value, and cannot be transferred or sold.

Purchase delivery and balance recovery

You must sign in before purchasing so the Apple transaction can be assigned to the same app account. The server verifies the signed Apple transaction before adding 50 tokens. Each verified transaction can be credited only once. If delivery is interrupted, the app can safely retry the unfinished transaction.

The visible token balance comes from the app's private server ledger. Signing in with the same app account and choosing Refresh Balance retrieves the remaining server balance on another device. This is balance recovery, not restoration of consumed tokens. Apple consumables that have already been delivered and consumed are not restorable.

Refunds and purchase problems

Apple processes the payment and controls refund requests under the applicable App Store terms. A refunded or revoked purchase may affect the corresponding token credit or access. If Apple confirms a purchase but tokens do not appear, use Refresh Balance and then contact support if the balance is still incorrect.

Account deletion

Deleting the app from a device does not delete the account. You can permanently delete the app account from the information panel inside the app. Account deletion removes the app sign-in account, remaining token balance, active purchase-delivery ledger, token-ledger entries, and room-session records from the active application database. Unused tokens are permanently lost and cannot be recovered after deletion. Account deletion does not create an Apple refund and does not delete your Apple or Google account. Apple and service providers may retain their own transaction records, limited backups, or records required by law under their policies.
