Nature of the experience

Sigmund Freud: Psychoanalysis Reimagined offers an AI-generated historical and educational interpretation informed by Sigmund Freud's published work. It is not Sigmund Freud, an authentic recording, psychotherapy, diagnosis, crisis care, or medical advice.

Eligibility and safety

You must be at least 18 years old. Do not rely on the app for urgent, medical, psychological, legal, or financial decisions. If you may be in immediate danger or at risk of self-harm, contact local emergency or crisis services.

AI limitations

Responses may be inaccurate, incomplete, anachronistic, or unsuitable. Historical theories are not presented as current clinical consensus. You remain responsible for how you use the output.

Private Journal

When this optional feature is enabled, you can ask the app to prepare a private post-session note, edit the draft, and choose whether to save it. A saved note is AI-prepared user content, not a transcript, medical record, diagnosis, clinical assessment, or hidden memory. You are responsible for reviewing it before saving or exporting it. You can edit or delete a saved note. Journal access is limited to the signed-in account.

Voice and likeness

The voice is an original Inworld-designed Austrian-English character voice. It is not a clone or surviving recording of Sigmund Freud and is not presented as authentic.

Experience video submissions

You may submit a YouTube video for possible inclusion in Voices from the Room. You must have the right to submit the video and the permission of every identifiable person in it. Submission does not guarantee publication. We may decline a submission or edit its accompanying description for length and clarity without changing its meaning. You keep ownership of your video and grant us permission to embed it on this website if approved. You may request removal by contacting support@ai-sigmund-freud.xyz. YouTube controls the underlying video, availability, and its own platform processing.

Paid access

The public iPhone voice experience requires a positive paid minute balance. The app offers one analytic hour of up to 50 connected minutes and a five-hour bundle through Apple In-App Purchase. Apple shows and confirms the local price before payment. These packs are not subscriptions, do not renew automatically, and do not include a free trial. No free public sessions, trial minutes, or complimentary minutes are offered.

One credited minute opens one connected minute or part of a minute in the room of psychoanalysis. The first minute is charged when the paid room opens. Another minute is charged for each additional connected minute. Listening, speaking, and silence are all part of connected time. Ending the session stops future minute charges. Purchased minutes do not expire while the account remains open, have no cash value, and cannot be transferred or sold.

Purchase delivery and balance recovery

You must sign in before purchasing so the store transaction can be assigned to the same app account. The server verifies the Apple transaction before adding 50 or 250 minutes. Each verified transaction can be credited only once. If delivery is interrupted, the app can safely retry the unfinished transaction.

The visible minute balance comes from the app's private server ledger. Signing in with the same app account and choosing Refresh Balance retrieves the remaining server balance on another device. This is balance recovery, not restoration of consumed minutes. Apple consumables that have already been delivered and consumed are not restorable.

Refunds and purchase problems

Apple processes the payment and controls refund requests under the applicable App Store terms. A refunded or revoked purchase may affect the corresponding minute credit or access. If Apple confirms a purchase but minutes do not appear, use Refresh Balance and then contact support if the balance is still incorrect.

Account deletion

Deleting the app from a device does not delete the account. You can permanently delete the app account from the information panel inside the app. Account deletion removes the app sign-in account and active sessions, remaining minute balance, active purchase-delivery ledger, minute-ledger entries, room-session records, encrypted transcripts and their wrapped key, session and daily summaries, working memory, Journal preferences, and saved Private Journal notes from the active application database. Unused minutes are permanently lost and cannot be recovered after deletion. Account deletion does not create an Apple refund and does not delete your Apple or Google account. Apple and service providers may retain their own transaction records, limited backups, or records required by law under their policies.
